Before joining GFIT, Bella was struggling with her heaviest weight ever and battling depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Recognizing her need for help, Bella reached out to Grant, determined to transform her life.

Grant’s approach included cycling through various phases of nutritional periodization, during which Bella's calories ranged from 1800-2200. She ate primarily nutrient-dense, whole foods and adequate protein, with one 1500 calorie free meal per week.

Her training centered around strength training 4x weekly to build and maintain muscle mass, while her cardio consisted of low intensity walking plus one HIIT session per week - a massive difference from the intense cardio sessions she was doing prior.

Sleep and stress management were also a huge part of Bella's program, which helped immensely with adherence and achieving her final results. Combining all of these variables led to more energy, improved wellbeing and fast and consistent results. She ended up undergoing a mental and physical transformation that was beyond her wildest dreams, and remains a committed GFIT client to this day!
