Coach Natalie’s Transformation Journey
MEET COACH NATALIE
Natalie, a coach at GFIT Wellness, is a shining example of how fitness and nutrition can transform not only your body but also your life. Her journey began 18 years ago, shortly after having her first son at 23. Like many women, she struggled with the changes to her body, prompting her to start exercising at home with workout DVDs. Initially motivated to "get her body back," Natalie soon discovered that fitness provided invaluable mental health benefits and much-needed "me time." Four years later, after the birth of her second son, Natalie continued exercising but found it much harder with two kids. Seeking professional guidance, she hired GFIT coach Rachel Douglas, marking a turning point in her fitness journey. As a GFIT client, Natalie learned the value of pairing resistance training with proper nutrition. Rachel guided her through fat loss and maintenance phases, helping her achieve her best shape in an efficient, effective, and sustainable way. This transformative experience empowered Natalie as a parent and role model for her children, igniting her passion for fitness. Motivated by this purpose, she pursued formal education in fitness and nutrition, eventually becoming a GFIT coach. Over the past five years, Natalie has worked closely with two of GFIT’s top coaches, Anthony Guzzi and Grant Reid, to refine her physique and deepen her expertise. Navigating fat loss, reverse dieting, maintenance, and lean builds, she has significantly increased her lean muscle mass while maintaining a balanced and healthy body composition—all while balancing the demands of life as a busy working mom.

Natalie’s diet is centered on high-protein, whole-food meals that fuel her strength training and support a lean, muscular physique. Her calorie intake ranges from 2,200 to 2,900 per day, adjusted for her goals.
