Coach Chantelle’s Transformation Journey
MEET COACH CHANTELLE
Chantelle’s health and fitness journey began 17 years ago during her university days, when her lifestyle was far from ideal. As a bartender, her diet included fast food, energy drinks, and excessive alcohol. While she had been active in sports growing up, these habits eventually took a toll on her health and well-being. Everything changed in 2008 when Chantelle joined her university’s competitive cheerleading team. Strength training became a key part of her routine as the team trained to perform their stunts and routines. She quickly fell in love with the process, often going to the gym for extra sessions, which eventually led her to try fitness competitions.

From Competitor to IFBB Pro and Coach


Chantelle’s journey in competitive fitness began in 2012 with her first bikini competition, where she finished last out of 17 competitors. While this could have been discouraging, Chantelle used the experience as motivation to improve. The following year, her dedication paid off as she won regionals, provincials, and placed 3rd at nationals. Over the course of her career, she competed in over 20 bikini competitions, earning her IFBB Pro Card in 2018 and officially becoming a professional athlete.

In 2016, Chantelle joined GFIT Wellness as a coach after connecting with Grant Reid at a competition. Drawing from her nine years of competitive experience and navigating multiple phases of fat loss, reverse dieting, and building, Chantelle has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with body transformation. She now uses her expertise to help her clients overcome obstacles, build sustainable habits, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

A Balanced and Sustainable Lifestyle


Today, Chantelle embodies balance and sustainability in her approach to health and fitness. She practices intuitive eating, listens to her body, and maintains her weight within 2 pounds without dramatic fluctuations. Her current maintenance phase reflects her commitment to long-term health and happiness.

By following these consistent habits, Chantelle has been able to maintain her weight at 126–128 lbs while feeling strong, energized, and in control of her health.
