Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Team GFIT Corp giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Team GFIT Corp are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on October 17, 2023, and ends on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 at 10 p.m. The winner will be announced on Monday, October 23rd.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must submit their email address.Each participant is allowed one entry during the Entry Period.

4. Collection of Email Addresses:
By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to Team GFIT Corp collecting their email addresses for the purpose of notifying winners and sending marketing emails.

5. Privacy Policy:
All collected email addresses will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected randomly. Winner will be notified on social media and by email on Monday October 23rd. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the notification, a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize:
The prize for this giveaway is 3 years of free GFIT coaching, valued at more than $10,000.

8. Marketing Emails:
Participants agree to receive marketing emails from Team GFIT Corp.Participants can opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails.

9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Manitoba, Canada.
