Health & Fitness has always been a passion of mine, growing up playing multiple sports eventually leading me into weight training, running marathons and living a healthy well-balanced lifestyle.
My goals over the years have changed dramatically from wanting to get and stay super lean, to being the biggest and strongest I can be & finally to living a life where I feel the best mentally & physically.
The older I get the more emphasis I put on training for longevity & quality of life.
