Hi friends! My name is Shea. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for sports nutrition, mindful eating, and all things peanut butter! I am also a boy mom and spin instructor! I crave getting my sweat on every damn day and nourishing my body to reach my fitness goals.
I am here to help with understanding the complexity of nutrition, that all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most abundant life while growing confident in your body. I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule- 80% of the time diet, is ON POINT, 20% saved for those small indulgences. Think strawberries with dark chocolate, or salmon with grilled veggies, and a crisp glass of pinot grigio :)
