MEET SARAH

Having lost 100 pounds and kept it off for over 13 years, my approach to health and fitness is all about making lasting lifestyle changes, not following fleeting diets or fads. It's about building a life you can maintain, not just a temporary fix.

As a teen and young adult, I tried every diet under the sun, losing weight only to gain it back—plus more.

Eventually, I became pre-diabetic, but even that wasn't enough of a wake-up call. Thankfully, one day, I made the decision to change, and my life has forever changed. I joined a gym, discovered a passion for spin classes, and started strength training shortly after.

Through all of life's ups and downs—COVID, pregnancy, and motherhood. I learned to create habits I could sustain long-term. My journey eventually led me to turn my passion into my career, starting with teaching spin classes and then becoming a certified personal trainer.

My ideal client is female or male, typically between the ages of 25 and 50, who is serious about making lasting lifestyle changes. They are ready to lose weight, improve their overall health, and commit to long-term results. They may have struggled with weight loss in the past and are looking for a sustainable approach that they can maintain for life.

FUN FACT: I taught spin classes long before I learned how to ride a bike! I finally learned when I was pregnant.
