I’ve lost 100 pounds and kept it off for 14 years. My approach to health and fitness is all about creating lasting lifestyle changes, not chasing fleeting diets or quick fixes. My goal for my clients is simple: to build a life and routine they can sustain, and keep the weight off permanently.
I’ve been through it all—pre-diabetes (which I completely reversed), major life ups and downs, COVID, pregnancy, and life as a working mom. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight, face setbacks, and feel frustrated by quick fixes that don’t last. That’s why I focus on helping clients create habits that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their lives.
I coach both men and women who are ready to commit to major weight loss, and practice long-term maintenance. They may have struggled with weight before and are now looking for a plan that fits their life, not just a temporary fix. Together, we focus on building consistency, accountability, and habits that last a lifetime.
I am adaptable, because every client requires something different. We are all unique, and it’s important to me that I meet my clients where they’re at and give them exactly what they need from a coach. I expect open communication and will always provide support, motivation, and guidance through both wins and challenges to help clients achieve lasting results.
I’m proof you can teach spin classes before you can even ride a bike! I’m also a big foodie. Creating balance with the foods I love is so important to me and has helped me maintain long-term success.
