Health and nutrition has always been a big part of my life, but once I became a mom, I had let my healthy habits slide as the demands of motherhood took over. I found myself in a horrible relationship with sugar and felt like I was just going through the motions each day.

It was an up and down roller coaster for years until I finally took control of my situation and was able to change my habits in a way that worked for my busy lifestyle. I realized that it was in the small choices I made everyday that were making a huge positive impact with my health.

I’m on a mission to help those who are struggling to balance life’s demands with their health goals, and show them that making time for health isn’t an all or nothing approach.

I'm a mastery transformational health and life coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and nuero-change practitioner with degrees in biology and education.

I'm armed with all the tools needed to help you understand what’s been keeping you stuck in bad habits and how you can change them, no matter how far you might think you’ve strayed from your health goals or how many times you have started before.
