Growing up, I was always the skinny one - weak, insecure, and constantly wishing I had more shape. I ended up turning to competing, thinking it would finally give me the body I was after. Instead, it led me down a path of constant dieting and overtraining.
I spent years living in a calorie deficit and killing myself with cardio constantly tired, moody, and chasing a smaller number on the scale. My hormones were out of balance, my energy was low, and I was training seven days a week... yet I still didn’t love how I looked or felt.
I finally realized something had to give. I stopped under-eating, started fueling my body properly, and focused on lifting heavy and building muscle the right way.
That’s when everything changed for me: I finally looked strong, confident, and healthy. And the best part? I truly felt that way.
Now I help other women do the same: eat with intention, train with purpose, and build a strong, feminine physique they’re proud of without burnout, restriction, or guilt.
