I tried everything. Pre-measured meals. Clean eating. No carbs. Hours of cardio. The list goes on. And here’s what all those plans had in common: I’d follow them obsessively... then crash. Over and over.
The truth? Rigid meal plans might work in the short term — but they don’t teach you how to handle real life. They keep you trapped in a cycle of all-or-nothing thinking. Eventually, I found what actually worked: flexible eating. Eating well, reaching your goals, and actually enjoying the process.
After years of seeing how diets, misinformation, and food guilt leave people feeling stuck and frustrated, I knew there had to be a better way — and flexible eating became exactly that.
My approach is rooted in balance, sustainability, and real results. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or building a better relationship with food, I’m here to help you create habits that feel good and stick.
