MEET CHANTELLE

I started competing in bodybuilding bikini competitions in 2012 and went from placing last at my first competition to earning my IFBB Pro card in 2018 (only 3 were given out per category in Canada each year at the time). In total, I've done 20+ competitions. I started coaching for GFIT in 2015 and have been here ever since - over 10 years working with clients.

After years of learning how my own body responds to training, nutrition, and recovery, I've seen firsthand that what works in one phase of life doesn't always work in the next. That's what led me to pursue certifications in Pre & Postnatal fitness and, more recently, Menopause 2.0. I want to help women navigate body changes through different stages of life. Whether it's pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause - my goal is to help women work with their bodies instead of fighting against them when the old rules may no longer apply.

WHO I WORK WITH: I work with clients of all experience levels, but the two I love most are:

  • Women focused on recomping, building muscle and changing body composition
  • Women navigating body changes through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, who want to work with their changing bodies, not against them

COACHING STYLE: Positive, encouraging, and science-based. I focus on overall health and sustainability, prioritizing long-term, lasting results over short-term fixes.

FUN FACT: I will forever be a Harry Potter fan!
