I’m a Registered Social Worker with a background in Psychology and a Master’s from the University of Toronto. I’ve lived and worked in Southeast Asia, where I volunteered as a mental health support worker, focusing on destigmatizing and humanizing mental health conversations. I believe everyone deserves care, understanding, and space to heal at their own pace.
My approach is warm, client-centred, and rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life and I help to uncover the strengths they already hold. Using talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I aim to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I strive to meet clients where they are, prioritizing their goals and well-being. I believe deeply in the connection between mind and body and promote holistic, sustainable wellness every step of the way.
