My name is Amanda Carson. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in health care settings and private practice.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate transitions, grief, personal growth, and identity reclamation. My approach is integrative and holistic. In addition to my social work practice, I’m also a registered yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator.
Our work together may draw on modalities such as Polyvagal Theory, IFS, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Brainspotting. These approaches invite curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of how our nervous system, brain, and body are always working to protect and support us.
