My practice focuses on collaboration and evidence-based interventions to enhance your engagement and performance in activities you value the most! Some examples may include emotional regulation, coping with stress, sleep hygiene, cognitive rehabilitation to improve performance, ergonomic assessments for your home and work environment, motivational interviewing and managing through Covid-19.
