I offer behaviourally based, evidence-based therapy and strategies to support a variety of areas including goal setting, habit change and development, stress management, emotional regulation and relaxation, time management and organization, and performance anxiety. My behavioural approach focuses on you as an individual to identify effective strategies.
I have a passion for teaching others to utilize behavioural and acceptance-based strategies to manage challenges, achieve goals and enhance performance. I believe that preparation is essential when it comes to our own performance whether it be in fitness, sport, academics or everyday life. When we understand the conditions that allow us to function our best, we are better equipped to achieve optimal performance in all aspects of our life.
