After years of partying and self-medicating to cope with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, I reached a turning point. I realized it was time to prioritize my physical and mental health, and that journey led me to embrace fitness.
I firmly believe that fitness is more than just a physical change: it’s a powerful tool to combat mental health struggles. My mission is to empower women to recognize their potential and understand that facing mental health challenges doesn't mean you can't:
