MEET ROBIN

After years of partying and self-medicating to cope with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, I reached a turning point. I realized it was time to prioritize my physical and mental health, and that journey led me to embrace fitness.

I firmly believe that fitness is more than just a physical change: it’s a powerful tool to combat mental health struggles. My mission is to empower women to recognize their potential and understand that facing mental health challenges doesn't mean you can't:

  • Reach your best heath
  • Build your dream body
  • And live life to its absolute fullest

I'm grateful every day to help other millennial women navigate mental health challenges and step into their most confident selves. Honouring my Indigenous roots, I invite all women who are ready to embark on their own transformation - especially those who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.
