If you’re a woman in your late 30s to 50s and your body suddenly isn’t responding the way it used to, you’re not imagining it and you’re not the problem. Midlife brings real physiological changes, especially through perimenopause and menopause, that affect metabolism, sleep, stress, muscle, and fat loss.
This is the phase I specialize in coaching women through, both professionally and personally. As a mother of two teenage boys and someone who has always been deeply involved in health and fitness, I’ve also experienced years of weight fluctuations and a challenging relationship with body image. My own journey and my experience as both a coach and a client within GFIT transformed how I think about food, training, and what true health really looks like.
With a background in physiotherapy and over 20 years in the fitness industry, I use evidence-based strategies to help women rebuild strength, support metabolic health, and create sustainable nutrition and training habits that work with their bodies, not against them. I'm also a pilates instructor, and love blending it with strength training.
My goal is simple: to help women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin while building a healthy, sustainable path forward without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking.
