Have you ever felt like getting healthier means giving up the foods you grew up eating?

As a South Asian, I've heard it all before: stop eating rice, stop eating roti, stop eating the meals your family made with love. But I don't believe that's true, and I've built my entire approach around proving it wrong.

You can improve your health, build strength, and reach your goals while still enjoying the biryani, the dal, the rotis, and the traditions that matter to you.

I've seen firsthand how diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease run through so many South Asian families, including my own. These aren't just statistics to me; they're deeply personal. For more than 10 years, I watched my mother battle breast cancer before she passed away. That loss taught me how important it is to take care of our health before something goes wrong - not after.

As a mother of a teenage son and a young daughter, I understand how hard it is to put yourself first when family, work, and life are pulling you in every direction. I specialize in helping busy South Asian parents and professionals build strength, improve their health, and create habits that actually stick - without erasing the culture and food that make life meaningful.

I believe training plans should be simple, effective, and rooted in evidence - not trends, quick fixes, or punishing workouts. I'm also a Pilates and strength instructor, and I love to help women blend pilates and strength training in a way that works for them and helps them meet their goals.

I don't believe in perfection. I believe in progress - one workout, one meal, one healthy choice at a time.

If you're looking for a coach who understands your culture, your kitchen, and your life, I'd love to help you get there.
