
My name is Meghan, and I am a social worker, psychotherapist and yes, you guessed it, a fitness enthusiast! I have spent years working in social services across a variety of settings, providing mental health support and intervention to a broad range of individuals. My practice is grounded in attachment-based therapy and trauma work, while integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to help you develop practical skills and bring light to the knowledge you inherently possess. Interventions you'll commonly see include distress tolerance, cognitive reframing, emotional regulation, and goal setting. I recognize that overall health is interdisciplinary. We cannot be our healthiest without working on our mental health as well.
