I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer and spin enthusiast. Together, we can establish healthful and sustainable habits you can feel good about. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for clients to discuss their lived experiences with food, body and movement. Throughout my professional career, I have developed an evidence-based and client-centered approach to nutrition – I am passionate about helping clients feel and perform their best while still enjoying food.
I completed my dietetic internship through Manitoba Partnership Dietetic Education Program (MPP) and am an active member of the Sports Nutrition Network with Dietitians of Canada. To further my education, I am currently pursuing the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition Program, which is overseen by the top scholars and researchers in the sports nutrition field.
