My passion for health and wellness began back in 2017, when I decided that enough was enough and I was going to get healthy. That year, I lost 76 pounds with regular exercise and a balanced diet. My transformation helped me realize my true passion. I immediately changed programs from Graphic Design and proceeded to graduate from Health, Wellness, and Fitness at Mohawk College.
With my education being constantly up-to-date and refreshed, I have realized that the best way to lose fat and permanently keep it off comes from a lifestyle rooted in balance rather than restriction.
