My specialty is pain management, injuries, and chronic disease prevention and management. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I create programs targeted to address musculoskeletal imbalances and aches in the body and improve mobility, strength, and overall functioning.

As a Health Coach, I focus on more than just exercise and nutrition. I help my clients establish healthy, sustainable habits. I also prioritize the importance of stress management, overall emotional health, and healthy sleeping habits.

My experience includes helping clients manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease as well as mental disorders like anxiety and depression.

Aside from assisting clients with their fitness and wellness goals, my goal is to help people reach a lifestyle that is both healthy and sustainable and, ultimately, increases their level of life satisfaction and happiness.
