Fitness has helped me improve in all areas of my life and inspired me to pursue a career in fitness. As a result, I acquired an abundance of experience and knowledge for fitness and nutrition to become the coach I am today.
My strength, conditioning, and fitness background stem from my love for sports. I have practiced different facets of sports throughout my life; basketball, volleyball, track and field, and muay Thai. I found my way into the fitness industry after joining GFIT and competing in my first bodybuilding show. A new challenge became a profound passion.
