Mike's Journey

Mike completely transformed his physique and lifestyle over his 2.5 year transformation.

Mike’s results are a testament to his work ethic and commitment to transforming his health. Even more important than the improvements he made to his physique, Mike’s health markers also made impressive strides: his Blood Pressure went from 148/89 to 125/74, Fasting Blood Glucose from 11 mmol/L to 6.4 mmol/L and his Resting Heart Rate dropped from 90 bpm to 63 bpm.

This was done through a strategic nutritional periodization schedule that included diet breaks every three months to ensure continued progress and limit the effects of metabolic adaptation.

Not only did he ultimately lose a crazy amount of weight, he built the habits and foundation necessary to maintain it. He now regularly strength trains and is a staple at his gym, eats a diet based around whole foods and high protein, and has been able to sustain his new lifestyle.
