Hayley's Journey

Hayley’s three year transformation is not a weight loss journey - it’s a story of body recomposition. She weighs the same in both photos, but looks totally different! This is due to adding muscle mass and losing body fat.

Her journey has included multiple lengthy phases where she focused on properly fueling her body and adding lean muscle mass. At the peak of her last building phase she was eating over 2300 calories daily! This majorly changed her shape and resulted in the lean, strong physique she has today.

Her muscle building journey was driven by focusing on strength and progressive overload during her lifts, and not being afraid to lift heavy or fuel her body with enough calories to drive muscle growth. She has raised her maintenance calories from around 1500 to over 2000, and in addition to her strong and toned physique, can enjoy tons of dietary flexibility while remaining lean. She remains an incredibly disciplined client of Chantelle’s, and continues to crush every goal she sets her mind to.
