Therapeutic practice is my focus primarily applying a Person-Centred approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Emotion-Focused Therapy. My focus is on the strengths of the individual. Adopting a variety of modalities, I am able to create a safe and supported atmosphere that encourages healing and change.
