My strength, conditioning, and fitness background stems from my love for sports. I have practiced different facets of sports throughout my life; basketball, volleyball, track and field, and muay thai. I found my way into the fitness industry after joining gfit and competing in my first bodybuilding show. New challenge became a profound passion.
Fitness has helped me improve in all areas of my life and inspired me to pursue a career in fitness. I acquired an abundance of experience and knowledge for fitness and nutrition to become the coach I am today. I strive to assist others in achieving the best version of themselves by committing to a lifestyle that will help them grow both physically and mentally.
