I am excited to join GFIT Wellness, to combine my passion for helping others with my love of fitness. I am trained to assess and treat athlete and client mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, coping with life transitions, and self-development.
I take a holistic approach, and use evidence-based treatments to personalize effective sessions based on current needs, personal strengths, and future goals. Working with me, clients are supported as they learn skills and techniques to become the best version of themselves.
As a driven, busy mom, I understand how important time management and self-care is. Think of me as a resource to help you take care of yourself AND help you keep all the balls in the air.
