My intention is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to be your authentic self by listening, empowering and providing you with practical strategies and using your own strength to help build your skills.
I am passionate about working with youth and adults that experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and more. I use Strength-Based approaches and Mindfulness Based Cognitive approaches to create a warm and non-judgmental environment.
