I am a registered social worker and mental health therapist. I have gained experience working with adults, youth, and children from various settings, including private and non-profit mental health, healthcare, educational settings, crisis intervention and outreach, and community development. I have completed training in cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction and 180 hours of clinical training with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy.
Through a strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach to counselling, I aim to ensure that you feel safe enough to explore a new perspective and learn tools and techniques for stress reduction, understanding your emotions, self-compassion, and an overall sense of balance.
It is a privilege to assist you in your journey toward enhancing your health holistically.
